Development of collaborative six-axis robot systems with lightweight mechanical structures, joint torque sensing and functional-safety architecture for human-robot collaboration. Engineering included thin-wall cast components, mechanical architecture, static and dynamic FEA, drivetrain integration and industrialisation.
